Water tastes a little better these days. I could well be on my way to drinking 8 glasses of it everyday.

I’ve been really, really off track on this one. I’ve been doing great for about a week, but things became a bit… inconsistent afterwards. I wasn’t drinking enough liquids, much less pure water. Lol, I was too darn lazy to buy another bottle of water, even though it beats tap water any day!
The good news, is that my family are mostly drinking fruit juices and making homemade drinks, instead of that soda stuff.
It may not be eight glasses per day, but I’m certainly drinking more water than before.
- I found out a glass of water equals about 8 ounces. I just need this info as a guide.
- Three days ago, I drank bottled spring water. I kept the bottle (for refilling), which stated that it is 1/3 of the recommended water intake.
- Today I bought a huge bottle of water, and I plan to finish the whole thing in 3-4 days without any help! (Doesn’t mean that it’ll happen, though… haha).
- I’ll refill that smaller spring water bottle, so I can easily keep track of how much I’ve had.
Therefore, my aim is to have three or four bottles of water a day. :)
Today, I had two bottles. Not bad.
If we should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day, then how much water should one glass contain? Glasses come in different sizes… Or here’s a better question: How much is eight glasses?
I’m sure it doesn’t have to be just water, since beverages and some foods contain water as well… but I have to admit, I could use a little more water, so I’m going to have to get in this habit.
...though drinking tons of water everyday (and more regularly) can be boring.
