I have started checking into it. Have worked out along with a few different yoga shows over the years so, I knew a little about the positions and such. But, when I visited a yoga related website dound out that there was sooo much more to it. Which, of course, makes it that much more interesting. I plan to try to incorporate a couple of workouts each day…one early morning to get me started…(yeah, like i’m gonna get up early enough for that) and one each night before bed to help with relaxation and centering.
