Doing yoga 3 times a week suits me best, and intersperse it with other activities gives me the greatest joy. Yoga each day was too much for me. I gave it a try, Elderbear. Namaste!

I practiced yoga in my living room today as there’s no classes at my gym. It felt blissful to stretch out and to deeply breathe. I haven’t done any yoga since last Thursday, but I stretch every morning and have been for the last 6 years. I hope this counts toward something!
I had a remarkable experience at the end of my yoga class tonight. As we were taking our last breathes, I could swear I smelled the comforting scents of a burning fireplace. But this was in a gym, and I’ve never smelled this here before. The scent was a mingle of wood, fire, and radiating warmth. Every deep breathe I took brought me to this blessed place.
Thanks for the invite, Elderbear. At first I wasn’t going to adopt this goal because I go to yoga classes about three times a week, and I’ve been doing this for over two years; so I didn’t feel like I needed more. But then the thought of stretching and going into my own space in the tranquility of my living room started to play in my mind, and I’m going to give it a try.
Today I went to a yoga class and tomorrow I’m going to practice at home. So I’m 1/30.
I noticed some people are doing 43 days. Is this in honour of 43T or is there another significance to the number?
