My shining heart 2 years ago

I followed my joy and she brought me lots of smiles. My heart shines.

Dancing 2 years ago

Joy is in moving my body in dance, and allowing myself to be wherever I wanted to be.

Attitude. Accent. Pose.
Cha cha cha.

Thanks, Joy 2 years ago

Oh baby does it ever feel good to follow my bliss. Wheeew! When I do this the sun glistens everywhere, I’m aligned with my truth and everything dances. I’ve come to know that joy comes through gratitude, through being thankful for everything in my life. The rest will be taken care of by the Universe. This is joy. I’ve found you.

To flow 2 years ago

Moments of quiet refelection are also good. Joy needs time to incubate and rest. I needn’t push this too much. Joy should simply flow.

I followed my Joy everywhere today, and it found me at every turn. Joy looked up at me through a bouquet of radiant gold roses. I fell in love with them instantly and they make my heart swell every time I look at them. Then she made me laugh during yoga practice; I lived a moment of true gratitude when I understood from my being how fortunate I am to live the life that I do. That spark of joy ignited my entire day. Then Joy and I danced around my living room to funky soul music. Yeah! Give it to me one more time!

O 2 years ago

Watching Oprah and Gayle on their cross-country adventure was fun. To be locked in a car with another person for hours and still walk out laughing is true joy. I’m going to follow that.

Green! 2 years ago

Happy St.Patrick’s Day! I’ll be thinking green thoughts for everything Irish.

Joy, joy, joy…

A Happy Start 2 years ago

Joy springs from a great night’s sleep. Sleeping deeply and soundly is the the best way to welcome happiness in the morning. I’ve gotten three solid nights of sleep with the help of my lovely ear plugs. I put them in and my neighbours disappear, and within a few minutes I’m dreaming. I woke up a few minutes before my alarm went off this morning, telling me that my circadian clock is back on track. I’ve been sleeping though my alarm for the past few weeks and waking up groggy. It’s an awful feeling to wake up tired. This morning, even though I was a little sleepy, I was happy to start the day.
