Tonight I had soccer practice, and we worked on fitness…sprinting and the like. It was good, it was nice having other people to compete against and challenge me.
Also, i got a new job at a factory, which is basically a solid 8 hours of lifting all day, so hopefully this will somehow make me in better shape (or at least give me ripped arms)
Tomorrow, I plan on doing some more sprinting work.

wooow. Just came back from doing that circuit. I am fairly tired. I added in a bit of extra too: biceps, triceps, and sprinting up the stairs 3 times.
I can tell that I am suuuuuper sloooooowww….. grrrrr.
I HAVE to keep this up so I can achieve my goal.
Tomorrow, I don’t have a game so I was thinking that I would go for a hard 30 min. run and then do some sprints and fast feet.

Tonight I had a soccer game. I was terrible. Slow, unskilled, poor passing, weak tackling… and this was playing against weak opposition too.
I want to be my best. But right now, I am physically not at that point.
I have decided that I am going to implement my own fitness regime, in order to be in tip top shape by August 14.
It is too late to work out all of the details right now, but, tomorrow morning, this is what I am going to do:
Circuit:
100 ball touches
10 lunges
5×10 m sprints
25 pushups
50 ball jumps
50 crunches
5×15 m sprints
Hopefully, I will have time to repeat this twice.
