I find it very helpful to write this goal down so I can read it regularly.

This is kind of tough to do, but each time I find myself slouching, I remind myself to sit straight, though I can’t catch it 100% of the time, 43 makes it that I catch it at least most of the time. Thanks 43!



I won't post much here unless there's...

...something interesting/helpful to share. This is more a daily reminder for myself than a goal.



I want to make this a goal...

...since young, I’ve had really poor posture…this causes me lower back pain…I want to be more mindful of my posture. This may not change overnight, but I know if I write this down…I’ll be that much closer to changing it…cheers ~
