As promised, I DID do ONE!
As a child, I was never allowed to call someone a punk. Well the only phrase that comes to mind about my performance tonight is, “what a punk!”
Actually, I pushed out FIVE whole doobies!!!!! Woohoo – Yeah Right!.
However, my original goal was to do some every few hours. To be exact, at: 9pm, 11pm, 1am and 3am. I made the 1am slot.
...this goal. But, as of yet, I’ve not managed to do a single one. One issue is that I work 12 hour shifts and that at night. Thus, if, as planned, I am to do this throughout the “day” then I need to do them in my office while at work. You see the problem.
Mind you, it’s not an “issue” at work or with my boss, it’s just that it’s AT WORK.
I will do this TONIGHT (at least try one).
I’m thinking about ditching the strength training. I was in the gym Sunday and (after trying to give it a fair shake – 5 weeks) concluded that I HATE strength training.
I don’t know why. Not sure what it is. I DID feel comfortable enough at the gym, so I don’t get it. I thought maybe it would grow on me some, but it didn’t.
I don’t want a bodybuilder’s body anyway. I’m looking for the skinny/muscular look. So… I concluded that I should just do basic calisthentics.
Any words anyone?
