This one is likely to happen very soon.

Jimmy and I are planning on a long weekend in Amsterdam in September, once the PSP has been launched and the Sony Ops Conference is over.

The beauty of Amsterdam is that it’s reasonably accessible from East Anglia – you can get a ferry from Harwich to the Hook of Holland twice a day. And I’ve long been interested in Amtserdam – it’s fascinated me ever since I was given a book when I was a child about a Dutch boy who swam up a river from Amsterdam and was in danger of becoming a sea creature of some kind. There was something about funny ears as well.

So yeah! Amsterdam! Ipswich Town on Tour September 2005 baby!!!

And Watford FC too ;-)
