Tuesday had:
pineapple
1/2 an orange
fresh orange juice
spinach
baby tomatoes

Wednesday had:
salad (lettuce, rocket, cucumber, tomato, beetroot)
an apple
small amounts of onion and pepper

Thursday had:
a banana
pineapple
1/2 an orange
1/2 an avocado
1/2 a tomato
some watercress, rocket and spinach
a few cherries
a few strawberries

I think that’s near enough 5 a day.



only ate 3 today 3 years ago

cucumber, lettuce and peppers.
and some apple juice.

yesterday was the same.



back on track! 3 years ago

have had 5 a day every day this week except today, including, but not limited to:)

spinach
broccoli (sp?)
avocado
peach
apples
mango
tomatoes
lettuce
cucumber
carrots

Thursday (I think):

spinach

post-then… can’t remember.

haven’t done very well today.
