be less selfish

I am still working on being less selfish in my relationship with Donald and as time passes, I am improving in certain areas. This is really hard. I think I must be a very selfish person. I’m trying, though, and I know that it’s worth it. I just want him to be happy, how do I work on this?!

I would really like to work on this goal in my relationship with my boyfriend. He is a wonderful man, very affectionate and generous and perfect for me in every way. I love him more than words can say. Over the last couple days things between us were a little tense. They’ve been resolved now and I spent quite a bit of time thinking about our love this evening. I would really like to be a more self-less individual in my relationship with him. I would like to work on being more giving.
