I’ve fallen off and I’ll have to start all over again this year. Damn you junk food!!! :)
I’m back to 190 lbs, regardless of the fact that I’ve been working out 4 times a week for the past 10 weeks! :( Maybe I need to stop running and start doing more cardio. Running made me lose inches, but my stomach is still soft and pudgy.
So far, I have lost a total of 10 lbs!!! I’ve been running a lot lately, so I’ll probably lose more in a matter of weeks. My metabolism has gone up and so has my appetite for some reason. I haven’t been pigging out on junk food, but I find myself eating more.
Starting weight-197 lbs.
I’ve lost 7 lbs. so far! I have a feeling that I’ve lost more, but I won’t get on the scale! LOL I noticed that my pants are a lot looser than they were a few months ago.
