I’m not going to weigh myself for about a month! I’m at the highest weight I’ve ever been, and I hate it! I’m going to get this weight off once and for all!

I need to get back on the wagon with this goal. I’ve been so tired and my belly looks like I’m expecting…and I’m not even pregnant! I need to cut the soda out all over again because I drink WAAAAAAY too much! I have to stop snacking so much, but since I have nothing to do but job hunt all day, I can’t help it. I borrowed a copy of an exercise DVD so I can start working out again. I can’t stand the way I look. I have to get myself back in shape.
Ok, I’m tired of looking like I’m pregnant again! I’m getting back in shape, and my husband’s going to work out with me! I just hope that we can stick with it.
I’ve been working out 4 times a week for the last 8 1/2 weeks. I look like I’m gaining weight, but my clothes are fitting nicely. Could it be because I’ve been running a lot lately, or is it because I’ve been doing a lot of strength training? My diet is pretty much the same, but I don’t eat as much bread and I don’t eat breakfast (I know, bad girl!) I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but I can’t take off anything but inches.
