Originally I was trying to get some joke called an Associate’s Degree at Fayetteville Tech but I have realized that there is no need to do this thanks to my time in the Army. I have decided to go ahead and finish my Bachelor’s a Fayetteville State but in Computer Science instead of Electrical Engineering (like I was studying at University of Michigan).
If my finances work out I should be able to go to school full time starting in January. I have already finished the application process. I am now just waiting for an acceptance letter and news of if I am going to be paying in-state or out of state tuition.
Then with some maneuvering I should be able to go to graduate school in either Ohio State University or University of Connecticut. I hope I can get a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from one of these places once again courtesy of the United States Army.
Then I can get my self-esteem back and perhaps even have a large ego.

I spoke to a professor at Fayetteville State about finishing a Computer Science degree and I think it can be done in 2.5 years by transferring my credits from Michigan.
I am pretty sure that if I go to Fayetteville State I will have a degree in at least 3 years.
On top of all this its a cheap school to go to.
So now all I have to do is study!

I enrolled in class for January. I should be able to complete the Associate’s degree by March 2010, approximately.

I went to school at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor for 5 years and still don’t have a degree, so with student loans lurking up on me I decided to join the army to get rid of some of the debt. Now I am about to get out of the army but I still don’t have a degree. I want to try and start over since I practically passed through 5 years of college with C’s and D’s. Anyways I have heard pretty much every solution to my problem and its more complicated than it sounds. I am going to attend Fayetteville Tech Community College for an Associates Degree in Computer Networking. I don’t know anything about computer networking and it compliments my skill set so I guess I wont be bored.
