This is totally on hold until I am able to run again. Who knows when that will be. And I now live at the perfect place for a runner. Right near the beach!!!

Sprained my toe. There are things I can do – I just can run or do the treadmill or do the cycles at the gym.
I went running tonight. Not for a very long distance – only a mile and a half.
Tomorrow I am going to the gym.
Right now all I am doing is walking about 45 minutes a day on my way home from work but at least that is something.
I also am sometimes taking my lunch hour to walk in addition to walking home from work.
But I have been working out a few days a week and I can see slight improvements.
I want a killer body by Christmas. I want to be strong and flexible, have low body fat, and no cellulite. I want to look killer in a bikini.
I want to do yoga, pilates, treadmill, spinning, boxing, swimming, and weights at the gym.
Outside the gym I want to run, rollerblade, rock climb, kayak (in the summer) and take ballet classes.
I also want to learn how to skateboard and learn martial arts but they can come later.
