restore my eyesight naturally

Still doing it. It’s slow going but the progress is undeniable. With the Chart at ten feet I always am able to read the 15ft line after some relaxation. That’s the same as 20/30!
My imagination is improving as well. Yay!

It is worth it just to be in the process. I’m 8in further away from my computer screen than 2 months ago that that feels great. I just keep following the Bates techniques that work for me and my vision becomes more and more natural and relaxed. my prescription was R-3.75 L-4.25. I’ll post when I pass the vision portion of my driving test, which will mean I have -1 or less.
