Had to change my routine half way through, this, my first week of pushup/pullup action. Lowered my goal from 50 to 20 pullups when I learned I had been doing them with my hands facing the opposite way they should be on the bar. It is much harder the standard way, the way I have now adjusted to. Went from an easy 10 the old way to 5 the new way. Watched Marines struggle with 25 pullups on youtube so I reluctantly lowered my goal to make it more attainable.
It is the weekend so now I rest two days. Next week I start on 6 pullups twice a day.
