okay… here’s the thing, i used to be really fit. my concern is not losing weight. i actually want to have some more weight. be fit. have toned muscles. therefore looking like i have some meat in me. right now i am all soft.
so starting january i am going to start playing soccer again (casually) and i have already signed up for a pilates class! yay!
so i think by spring i will have better endurance and toned muscles.
oh, i have already started to do pilates through a home video, to help me out.
