Meditiation, yoga, good friends and vegetarian food = feeling good!



i'm so stupid sometimes....

I’ve been ill for 2 weeks now and i’m not treating myself good enough or resting enough!! and when i feel a little better i stupidly go out and party or push myself too hard and end up ill again!!
the first week i drank too much and partied at a halloween party (i wanted to go and meet people and not lounge around bored at home – and granted alot of good came from networking there!) and the next day i felt terrible!!
after sort of resting for most of the week but going to work(which is exhausting when im healthy) i started to take antibiotics and (falsly) feeling better – drank and sat outside till 1am (i came home cold and feeling really bad) cursing myself!!
today i must be good to myself and really rest up for the next week!



im incorporating

‘be a better person’ in this goal as it will improve me and my mental state.
i want to me more relaxed and proud of myself, and rid my bad habits that seem to continually arise!

illness

just a little cold coming on (well i tend to sufer badly for a couple of days at a time).
this is a great opportunity to work on this goal and take good care of myself for the next couple of days (and life afterwards).
vitamin c, liquids and love is all i need!
