on holıday ıve been eatıng very well. restraunts most evenıngs but ıt ıs expensıve although ıve notıced that ım not hungry as often and dont constantly pıck at food (just 3set meals and the odd snack)

still eating way to many sweets junk, even though im having healthy meals – how do i stop the crap i seem to crave it due to sugar lows and dont get the kick i need from real food (or feel to stuffed)
this needs to become a top priority of mine.
my eating seems messed up as i get hungry every couple of hours despite eating a good breakfast (it goes downhill from there). i end up eating alot of junky foods and having smaller/ eratic meals. i need to start planning large healthy meals and also learn to say no to foods (as apposed to shoveling anything in my mouth). i will try to go more vegan (well minus milk and cheese to some extent) but the empahsis is on real food over crap
