meet intriguing people

and love when i connect with them and want to be around them. ive figured out people make me happy! chatting, getting to know peple and what they are like!

person recently that i cant get enough of! hes so much fun to be around and i just want to spend my time with him. funnily enough there doesnt seem to be any sexual attraction(at least not from my side) hes just a great person!!

ive been spending some time with my flatmates and am enjoying getting to know them. 2 i get on very well with and i hope to keep in contact with them after i leave!

tonight with a couple of people from work. im excited to get to know them and have proper chats with them. plus ive never been to wagamamas either!

ive met some great people on here actually!! lovely people that i would like to one day actually meet!

not going to name names, well okay its you!

there was a guy in lapland who went skiing for 8hrs straight, he said he only stopped once to go to the bathroom and eat a sandwitch! crazy cool!
and there was a woman running a snowmobile shop from j’burg, and i thought its weird shes in the middle of nowhere! and such a change of climate!

but am missing my intriguing friends at home!

i helped a friend out with her coursework by chatting with a group of exchange students about our experiences. it was nice to learn a little about them (and france). one was pretty interesting(ive met him before and though the same then). when we were having coffee or beer, he decided on hot choc followed by wine(well it was some important wine day in france). and he seems to be the only exchange stu. whos staying till feb. quirky!

now that my exchange is starting to come to an end, im wondering if who i will keep in contact with(and who ill say bye to and never speak to again??)

im at a loss, i havent met anyone half interesting in weeks! im in a bad mood today and am sick of all the foreign students who dont want to mingle with anyone outside their country. whats their problem? id be happy to chat to them but they are so stand off-ish whats the point?? i like the nature here but its no substitute for intriging people or even new friends. grrrrr
