my new dream is 20 months ago

to buy, refurbish and sell! as a living, and i could move from country to country!
- i prefer not to think about the problems of this dream eg. language, buying property etc.
i just like the idea!!

im going to study there next sememster, and rent in the halls (or should i say hotel) is quite expensive-500€ a month. so ive started thinking i could put it towards my morgage on my smal, cozy flat!! then i could rent it out when i return home to study.
any comments?? ive got some savings towards a deposit, so should i start researching it?
