Ooh it’s been a while.

Well, the phoenix is on hold because I suck, but instead i’m getting a sparrow-like birdy bird on my arm. ooooh yeah.

i actually know what this one is going to look like, which is a huge step up from the damn phoenix! :D

This entry remains, because I’m inching ever-closer to it actually becoming reality.

I want a red/orange/yellow phoenix on my left shoulder blade, probably with blue eyes. Background (existence and/or design) to be decided.

Talking to other people about a similar topic has made me think of it again.

I want something involving birds and fire. Flaming birds! Oh yes!

From my spine across my left shoulder and maybe down to wrap around my bicep just a little.

Maybe, you know. If my shoulder-skin ever clears up, by then maybe I will have somehow come up with a design and the money.

So, I keep periodically mentioning it and never actually following through! The plan remains, however.

I’m thinking i’ll get a little sigma on the inside of my bicep. if i don’t rip myself off this time it would be pretty cheap.

maybe i’m just looking for things to distract my mind from god damn kidneys.

BAD BILLY GET BACK TO WORK

i want a rainbow flame running from my neck, across and twisted around my shoulder and inside my bicep. I would accept, instead of a rainbow, a spectrum of birds, or of insects; a tesselation of tiny avian forms splintering and interweaving across my shoulder blade, settling in my spine’s notches, pooling on the smooth skin inside my upper arm. Perhaps words amongst them? Poetry, a song? Barely visible, but inscribing my little body with beauty, or poignancy, or something else, lost and weary.
