Unexpected, unparalleled, and unf-ingbelievable! 4 weeks ago

Flying back from Greece, around midnight we passed over Greenland, and one of my group came back and told us to look out the window. I looked out, and there they were, green and pink and very strong. I had a window seat, so I got to watch them for about half an hour before they faded.
