Yesterday..... 10 months ago

Was horrible! I couldn’t sleep at all and ended up eating at least 2200 calories. I exercised for 30 min and burned 250 calories, but still! This isn’t helping my weight loss goals at all. Today I will consume no more than 1200 calories.



So far...... 10 months ago

Today I’ve had:

1 protein bar – 290
sugar-free vanilla latte – 60
1/2 turkey sandwich w/ cheese – 250
A few low fat chips – 50

Then I had

frozen yogurt – 150
doughnut holes – 150
1/2 PB & J – 250

Total: 1200



Today I ate....... 10 months ago

1/2 protein bar – 150
1 cup grapefruit juice – 100
Sugar-free vanilla latte – 60
1/2 protein bar – 150
10 almonds – 100
1/2 apple – 50
Chicken cheese tamale – 240
1 cup brown rice with vegetables – 250
1 packet hot chocolate – 140

Total: 1240 calories

I’ve been really bad about my eating lately, so I figured this would be a good idea. Being bored at home with nothing to do makes it hard not to nosh.

Unfortunately I couldn’t resist a late night cheese craving: 160

So my total intake was really like 1400 calories and I should compensate by only eating 1000 calories today. That’s going to be hard, but I really just need to distract myself because I always eat when I’m anxious or bored.
