I went with my dad to the grocery store today to pick out plenty of healthy foods that I will be glad to eat instead of a lot of the fat filled crap I usually stuff my face with. I also went on a 40 minute run/walk last night enough to blister my heels!!! And I danced like a mad woman by myself and just sporadically worked out in my room the night before. Trying to do some active-ness everyday and keep eating healthy and hope to get results as soon as possible. Wish me luck everyone…I’m a gal on a mission!
