You can’t convince yourself or talk to yourself to get rid of this. Atleast, it doesn’t work for me.
The habitual thoughts just keep coming back.
The solution to this is focussing on your goals and enjoying your efforts. It’s a process.
Looking forward to that day when I would be able to have a peaceful calm!
In the past few days, I have been almost trying to script the future.
I have been setting ambitious goals for myself. Learning baout Technology, perhaps starting my own company and the likes.
What I keep forgetting is that Today is all that I’ve got and I want to make the best out of everyday!
You can only live right now. Not later. Tomorrow never comes.
AND THAT IS WHAT I WANT TO DO!
