It feels really good to get a full 8 hours of sleep. I’ve lied to myself for so long about only needing 4 to 6 hours that I really didn’t think this would be worth doing. Well, it really is. I’m able to concentrate a lot better during the day. However, I still haven’t made it a habit yet; so, I had better go and get to sleep now.

I want to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. I hear that getting at least 8 hours will help with weight loss goals as well, and I need to loose at least 20lbs.
