OMG…I’m 159!!! This is the lowest it’s been in over a year…I’m so happy. Gotta keep going though…I want to hit that 150 mark soon.

I know I said I wouldn’t be dieting, but I am now watching what I’m eating closer. I’m trying to follow portion sizes based on the packaging (ex. 2 oz of whole wheat pasta or 3/4 cup of Cocoa Puffs). Hopefully this will help.
I didn’t weigh myself this morning, so I’m not sure of what I currently weigh.
I DID buy an exercise ball yesterday, so I’ve been practicing some exercises using the ball.
I’ve fallen off the wagon, but I’m going to climb back on no matter how much it pains me.
Okay, so I’m not marking my current weight today, but I am excited because I finally found an exercise DVD I like. It is Sarah Picot’s “Postnatal Pilates” (2003). It is really short and moves at a slow pace and when I’m done, I feel nice and stretched, but not sore. It shows how you can use your baby in your exercises, but my 10 month old son is way to big to use other than for the bicep curls. Still…I’m very excited!
