Still playing DDR … my skills have improved from Basic to Difficult and I’m burning about 400 calories/hour.
Still tracking calories on SparkPeople: averaging between 1300-1600 calories/day. Lots of whole grains, fruits & veggies, and low-fat dairy.
Next goal: to reach 160 lbs by Christmas 2008.
