still going to the gym taking different classes that they offer really digging spinning and Body Flow which is yoga, pilates and tai chi mixed into one. Still want to try body combat but schedule really doesn’t allow for that class maybe they’ll offer it at a later time next month!

today my friend and i decided to take a spinning class instead of Zumba! I was told by someone that it would kick our behinds i didn’t think it was that bad! So tomorrow i’m off to the gym again i think were going to do some water aerobics i’m not sure yet but either way i’m having fun and trying to get fit again!



Walking away with cardio! 2 years ago

So i didn’t make it to my class but i did do 30 min of cardio/incline on the treadmill before the gym closed. I’m supposed to go in today but my ride hasn’t called yet. Monday Body Flow again, I love that class i come out feeling so relaxed, it’s almost as good as getting a massage.



Zumba 2 years ago

So i went to zumba class today and wow!1 hour of really moving thank god i had my best friend with me. Turning all shades of red together was fun! Now tomorrow is something called Body Combat god help us! and on mondays something called body flow well wish me luck for tomorrow!

well things have been okay life a little hectic at the moment and i know it’s not an excuse but i’m still doing my yoga and looking forward to joining a kickboxing gym!



Contorted poses 2 years ago

So i’m starting off slow since i just finished recovering from surgery i decided to do yoga since it was something i used to do!
Today really kicked my butt, but in a good way i’m sure i’ll get back to doing my contorted poses soon enough!
