Because I’m not overweight, just have a few vanity pounds to shed, I’m going to take this slowly. I’ve tried changing everything wrong with my lifestyle at once and it’s too much to handle and too easy to just mess up and give up. What I’m doing now is a weekly plan – I have a list of things I want to change in my lifestyle to lose weight. I’ll just work on that for a week until I’m used to it, and then add on something else…then eventually I’ll have fixed more problems easier.
First I’m working on cutting down on evening snacking. I’ve been fully successful for 3 days so far. Here goes!

Last summer I lost about 10 lbs. I used to be about 133 now I’m 122-125 lbs. I’ve started eating more than I did when I was losing weight, I just can’t stop eating! I haven’t put on anymore weight luckily but obviously I haven’t lost any. I try to eat healthy but I’m hungry alot, I have a ton of food around me in the house and I do a ton of snacking!
I’m not overweight per se but I still feel chubby, I want to get below 120 lbs, so lose about 5 lbs…any tips on getting back on track? I’ve lost 10 before so this can’t be any harder, can it?
