travel to Africa

I recently had my DNA tested by African Ancestry. I share ancestry with the Balanta people in Guinea-Bissau and the Temne people in Sierra Leone. Now I have an excellent reason to travel to Africa. I must locate and embrace my long lost family.

I have wanted to visit Africa for several years now. I have seen beautiful pictures and movies about traveling there and would love to go. The problem is that I am very claustrophobic. After several hours on a plane, I have panic attacks. I’m not a drinker, so alcohol is not the answer and I can only be distracted by movies or sleep for so long. My church will travel to Africa next year, so I’ll try to go then.
