I did twenty-five sit-ups. Now my back hurts. I’ll try something else tomorrow.

I didn’t exercise outside because I didn’t want to catch the flu. I didn’t exercise indoors either and now I have bronchitis, laryngitis and a swollen knee. When I heal, I’m exercizing! If I’m gonna’ get sick and hurt anyway, I should at least try to get some benefit from it.
It’s cold outside! I have my winter gear, but the wind is so strong. I’m also afraid of catching the flu. I’ll try again this weekend. I am really failing this challenge.
Since the walking club ended, I’ve been sitting on the couch and watching television. Now, I need to walk again. I purchased an Omron pedometer to calculate my steps. I need to walk 10,000 steps a day. Just walking during my regular day is 6000 steps. I’ll start tomorrow doing extra walking.
I joined a walking club during the summer and really became fit. My energy level was extremely high and I was looking and feeling great. Now that I am back at work and following a family ruitine, there is little time to walk. I have the clothes for the fall and I really want to walk, but I’m just too tired. I took the day off today and I will try to walk with my dog. Wish me luck.
