I’ve gotten both side splits all the way down finally, although my left has always been easier than my right. I’m hoping to comfortably start working into over-splits next week. Middle is still a bit stiff, but also getting there.
My back is the tough one. I bend a lot more in my lower back than I do all over, which makes everything look a bit less graceful. My back bend is fine, and I can slowly go into it from standing, and stand back up, but I can’t quite get my feet to touch my head yet. I’m getting closer every day though… all in due time.
How long do you guys stretch every day? I’ve been going for at least one hour each day, with hopes of working up to longer. It seems that after a while of stretching I get wicked sore all over and need to stop.
