i have not run in so long i am embarrassed to say but i want to try again i bought myself running shoes real running shoes and i went yesterday and plan to go again Friday per suggestion of the The Couch-to-5K Running Plan it suggests 3 times a week so here goes

i been walking a mile with my dogs for a week now in the beginning i would be get chest pains but after a week i am doing better no chest pains and i figure i will start doing the mile faster and faster till i am jogging i hope i can be jogging by deadline
