I woke up this morning and wanted to go to Kirstenbosch. Well, I couldn’t as there’s no buses on a Sunday… So silly. Anyway, I thought about it for a second and decided to go to the Museum. I was almost put off by the price (R35 or $5.5) but wasn’t. So glad!! It was amazing. We were entertained/informed by Sheila Lawrence who is just the most spectacular woman, ever! So knowledgable!!!
Of course I also made friends with an American couple, Lynn and Gary from New York. They encouraged me to come look them up if and when I go to the Big Apple.

So lovely.

This is one of the museums i’d love to go to. Am always just put off by the entry fee of R20. Which is prob not even $3!! I just think it’s overpriced. But I want to go. Can’t go tomorrow, so I’ll go sometime in the coming week

I did it!! I did it!!! Yeah… Oh my dog. I made a booking for 9am on Tuesday morning to go to Robben Island.

Not really part of “my city” but most certainly worth it!

Am so excited. Can’t hardly wait.

And then on the same day, after the tour finishes (about 4pm), I’m gonna go to an art exhibition. Both these will be done on my own, btw. lol. That’s the best way to meet people… Another one of my goals, isn’t it?
