create meaningful experiences with my children

I still have it and everytime I miss her, I watch this video. That means seeing her face everyday. She hasn’t changed much. Still my baby girl.

After my son’s class, I took him to a “kalesa” ride in our city. Both of us had FUN!

The other day, my mom, kids and I visited an orphanage at Pacol, Naga City. The sisters who are managing the institution happily introduced us to the children, 36 in all. Some of them are still infants who have health problems but most of the kids are very much healthy, active and gifted!

Chachie and Judien shared some biscuits, sweets and fruit juices and in return, the orphans rendered songs for us. Seeing delighted faces of those bright-eyed special children and listening to them sang wonderful songs brought tears and joy in our hearts. It was so humbling to be with them, to share fun and laughter..

_{At that moment, what I wished for was for them to be able to meet parents who will love them unconditionally and will take care of them for life.}

Definitely, my family will go back to create happy moments again…

• Kiteflying

• Making “Puto”, a Filipino version of a cupcake. We did it for a few times and it was fun so I’d like to do it again with them.

• Write wishes on the balloon itself and set it free.

• Visit the orphanage and distribute some candies and biscuits to the kids. I will also ask Judien to render a song or a dance number. Between Chachie and him, he’s more extroverted. Chachie’s a bit reserved and timid so I want her to be more exposed to these activities.

• Pay a visit to the zoo once again.

• Go to the beach and play and swim all day long.

• Sing and dance with them at home

• Watch their favorite movies after dinner every night.
