i’ve been keeping a pretty close watch on the veggies i’m eating. for example, today at lunch i had this delicious southwestern potato bowl, which had some other things too, like beans, corn and a few onions, but the potatoes filled me up too much to have a salad! so on the way back to my room i bought a v8 juice. so pretty good. (and i’ll have a salad for dinner don’t worry)

yesterday i went out of the way to make sure i got my vegetables in the form of olive garden soup.
because I eat salad almost every day. I just need to make sure that i vary the veggies. also i find it’s harder to get access to fruits though there is a banana on my desk right now that i’m going to eat and there are a few clementines kicking around my room right now. eat at least 1 a day til they’re gone!
