Some time last year when I went on the South Beach Diet, I actually lost 2 kilograms within a week! It was real good for a while until I decided I was slim enough to go off the diet. But now I’m back on it again… eating less oily food and lowering my carbo intake. I’m also doing 100 sit-ups everyday. Hope to see some visible changes soon!
