Suffering from back pain, having trouble sleeping, dealing with stress (both ongoing and sudden)... I used to work out regularly…3-4 times/week. But since heart by-pass surgery four years ago, I find I do not have the energy that I used to. So I am caught in a negative spiral: less energy, less working out, less energy… I need to break the cycle. On the other hand, I should give myself some credit, another thing I do not do enough of. I walk to and from work everyday (40 minutes total) and a few times a week I do a stretching routine at home (my own combination of Pilates, Yoga and Feldenkrais) and do some anerobic exercise. But this is not enough.
