I’m working toward this goal by taking a yoga class this semester at the local community college. It’s only two days a week, so it’s not exactly working out 90 days in a row, but hopefully I’ll learn something and will be able to do the 90-day thing soon. Right now I feel intimidated by the very idea of doing anything for 3 whole months, much less doing something I don’t want to do, like working out.
I know I’m supposed to want to be healthy or whatever, but my desire is more in line with being lazy and eating less than eating what I want (in theory) and working out.
We’ll see how this yoga class goes.

... sorta. Last November, my dad came out for the week of Thanksgiving and while it was awesome, I walked around all week in a pair of boots that, while they were warm, had me screaming in pain by the time the week ended. My right knee hasn’t been the same since. I think this is partly just an excuse, but I would like to see a doctor before I go out an do something that has me in a wheelchair for eight weeks or something.

Inspired by altmorn. Now I just need to figure out some kind of plan and maybe take up jump rope or running or something.
