I feel that I need to generate cash before I actually start investing in Real Estate for holding for the long-term. I’ve read about investing, taken many courses, and one of the most beneficial is my local REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) group.
My goal on generating cash is wholesaling real estate. I have several methods on different markets to advertise. I’m working on a detailed marketing plan in which to implement on the first of the year. I half-heartedly marketed already, partially because of a lack in extra cashflow (mostly due to credit card debt from learning). But I realized if I am to do this successfully I need to get more marketing out to improve my chances of finding a good deal for a buyer.
