This hasn’t really been on my mind lately, because I am just graduating High School, which means I have to study a lot.
This week I went to ride my bike three times for 30 minutes each time, ran twice and did some strength execises on Thursday.
I am hoping to keep this up over the next couple of weeks.
Ha, well this week really sucked … I only played volleyball once, which means I am so far behind with this goal.
My only excuse is that I felt horrible all last week, which is not a very good one. I hope, I’ll do better this week. I need to.
