I just finished going through my budget, and found that my grocery bill has dropped 60% since I started eating breakfast at home and taking a lunch to work! This goal has served it’s purpose. And after 6 weeks, it’s habitual now.

I missed a few days because I had a cold an used that as an excuse. But I’m feeling much better today. Just lingering sniffles and a poor chapped nose. So I’m getting my bootay back on the wagon.
I’ve been doing really good with this. I’ve only bought a lunch once since I started, and that was a business lunch (which we had to pay for ourselves, go figure). I went to SAMS for supplies to save even more money. Got a big bag of dried fruit which I immediately packed into snack baggies, and super cheap individual bags of chips.
I’ve re-arranged my schedule so I could start this today. I went to bed at 9 so I could get up at 5. It gives me plenty of time to prepare everything and pack a lunch (as well as exercise and have breakfast, two of my other goals). I easily spend $10 a day for 2 meals in the cafeteria most days, so this will save me a LOT of money over time.
