Seriously now!

I have started seriously on this now. Yesterday was the first day, but I had 3 biscuits in the evening. But at least I didn’t snack in the morning or in the afternoon. I have to keep this up!

I have to stop snacking. I’m not hungry, I just eat out of bordom or because there is chocolate laying around. Instead I should eat fruit if I feel like snacking, but I find that a fruit is not as fulfilling as a biscuit or other crap.
I have to try and stop.
