i did 10 ab things(I dont even know what they are called) and died. lol! me and my friend where lying on the mat both having really fit men sprinting on the treadmill right in front of us for like the whole time we were on the mat, and we were like, 10 ab crunchs, then rest 5 minutes, then another 10. I think we were too easy on ourselves. i expected muscles and that pain that denotes you worked out but i didnt get that the next day.
I dont even need to be fit, i just want to look it sobs...
