As much as I may need more help about throwing out things I don’t need, I’ve gotten better about getting rid of goals that don’t fit.
I want to have goals/dream that come from a positive place, not a negative place, e.g. this implies that I am currently not motivated enough (by whose standards?). Dream big. That’s a better way of saying this, plus it should pull in lots of motivation as it snowballs along.
Does it count if I am motivated to rest, guilt-free? I really think it is important to see that as something I’m doing mindfully for myself, for later motivation to be productive. Or, I’m just procrastinating (when resting feels restless).
After thinking about it constantly and wondering if the cost was worth it, I signed up for an anti-procrastination week-long boot-camp. It has a more fun name than that: Rally (rally!)
