stop swearing

I have been doing pretty good with this no swearing thing since lent began. Mostly in part to me substituting some words for others. But today i was in the car and this driver blew a stop sign and nearly slammed into my car. Thing is she was talking on her cell phone so she wasn’t even aware that she nearly wrecked the both of us. I got so angry that a ribbon of f words and mean names came flying her way. Not because we almost wrecked but because she wasn’t even paying attention to notice. Once I realized that I’d miraculously turned into a sailor I felt so bad that i had gone so many days without swearing and then boom. :( Ill try not to be so hard on myself. It’s a habit that I know i will have to train myself out of.
