I am now taking voice lessons. The reason? I have a solo at church for the Christmas program. I don’t want to screw it up. My instructor is teaching me by using the Alexander Technique. I still sound like a creaky old frog. I can sing fine ina group. However, when put in the spotlight, it’s like I’m afraid of hearing the sound of my own voice.
