Well, my goal has been delayed. Late last month I was tripped during a race and fell and broke my collar bone. I am still healing and not able to run. I still hope to run my first marathon by spring of next year.

I have been running for the past three months about 3-4 days a week. I have since the first of the year lost over 50lbs and I am running my first 10k in over 20 years on July 4th.
My goal following the 10k is to continue to push farther towards the 1/2 marathon and marathon and on the way start a habit of running at least 1 mile a day.
